Being a slightly heavier runner I was concerned about this shoes cushioning ability for longer runs, as it is quite low profile and some would say its a racer not a trainer. I am now on my fourth pair and these shoes are great, have used them now for races as far as the 56km Two Oceans Ulta Marathon in Cape Town and they were great. No blisters or hotspots. Because they are so light weight though, the uppers do eventually tear, though saying that, the first three pairs probably did 3200km between them (thats 2000miles) so needed replacement anyway. I love this shoe. Last thing, they are very easy to "bed" in, so if you buy a new pair, it will feel exactly like the old pair, two easy runs and they feel as comfortable as a pair with 200km on them.
