Overall
This is a mid to high mileage shoe with a comfortable fit and stability for those longer runs or runs where your fatigue and need a little help getting along. I like how it’s also light weight enough to be used as a workout shoe during longer intervals and tempos etc which is useful when you don’t want as much muscle damage post workout. Overall I would recommend to any new or serious runner. It’s what you need for however you’re training. Nothing more and nothing less.
