Overall

This shoe is a good trail shoe with support. It does not have the ultimate support levels but it does a fair job. I put in over 500 miles in these shoes and started to see a little wear by about 450. I will say that the outer part of the shoe wears out pretty quickly but that is mainly for shoe not the stability or sturdiness of the shoe. Overall it is a shoe that you can put in a lot of hard miles that has the cushion and support so as to not wreck your legs and cause problems.
