Energy Boost 4

Anonymous runner · Jul 18, 2018

3/5

Overall

This shoe is very bulky. The weight definitely slows you down. I only wear this shoe for recovery and long runs. It is very comfortable in terms of the cushioning, and the boost is nice, but it is too much underfoot. The shoe also gets very hot on warm days.

Long time Energy Boost lover

I've had every edition of the Energy Boost. I liked the 1.0 version the most but as someone who has admittedly fat feet but will never bring myself to actually buying a wide, the new wider last of the 4.0 is much better for my foot.

Better than the last version

The new energy boost are slightly better than the boost 3, which were a great shoe. Appearance and comfort are the areas they improved. Price is still high, but you can find them on sale.

A step backwards for the energy boost

ShreddyEddy · Feb 6, 2018

3/5

Overall

First three versions of the energy boost were three of the best running shoes ever made. Balancing high cushion with reaponsiveness and comfort, making the higher price point well worth it. The newest version however has become far too bulky and overall just meh. Good thing adidas just re released the original energy
