I bought the shoe because it was heavily discounted at the time. I have enjoyed the shoe for the most part. No major problems from running with it, but I only wear it for shorter easy runs.

Overall

This was a brand new level of comfort experience, unrivaled by anything I've ever felt in a running shoe. When I tried it on in the store, the sensation was immediate, and it felt like it completely conformed to my foot. I really don't know if the boost material aids performance, but at ages 29 & 30 (albeit after inconsistent running from ages 19 to 27) I set mile, 2-mile, 5k, and 10k personal bests. As an American, I feel guilty about loving an adidas shoe more than a Nike, New Balance, Brooks, Saucony, Asics, etc., but the Supernova Glide Boost 6 fit better than anything I've ever tried on. The cushioning decreased slightly after 3 to 4 months, but then just completely stopped deteriorating after that (I'm now beyond 9 months in it). I had an injury while in this shoe, but it was traced back to improper stretching, not the shoe. Lastly, while in this shoe my pronation/eversion decreased, although that could have been from increased mileage. The only time I run on a paved surface is during a 5k race; all other times I'm on grass & cinder trails or (occasionally) a modern track. I'm only injury-prone while on paved surfaces, which for me means after a few months of race-season.
