Good Unpopular Shoe

Overall

I've never worn a HOKA shoe before, but Running Warehouse had a sale on the Clifton 4s, so I had to try them out. I started reading reviews after I bought them (oops) so was expecting the shoe to disappoint. I tried out the pair on my next long run and instantly liked them (albeit the first couple of steps were a little different since I was landing on the rocker I think). In my previous pair of shoes I always felt flat. I feel fresher at the end of runs with these shoes so far. I would never do anything fast in them (tempos or anything faster) because it doesn't pop.

Overall

Really like them, they completely changed my running. Before then I was in a pair of Under Armour shoes and constantly getting sore knees. Had these professionally fitted and I will be always buying Hoka’s. They are extremely cushioned but feel very stable and quick to run in. Great for any distance.

Hokas are the best hands down

Overall

I have run in the Hoka Clifton 4’s for the past three years and the only thing I would change about them is the bulkiness. I do love the cushion it’s just not great for speed! Love it as my trainers though.
