Best Middle Distance spike out there for 1500m/mile

Overall

I have a wider foot, it had great lockdown and shapes to your foot. It felt propulsive, and on the turns it felt really strong. The cushioning was super responsive, and the full length carbon fiber plate didn't ever hurt, and I was shaving seconds off of my PR. It was by far the most stable and comfortable spike, and it was also very breathable.

Overall

This shoe is perfect for anything from a 400 to a 1500. Unlike the Nike Victory's which kind of roll you onto your toes, these shoes and their plate work best if you are already naturally a forefoot striker when running.

The exposed carbon gives a great look and the upper is surprisingly supportive.
