Great lightweight trainer

randerso · Jun 16, 2023

4/5

Overall

The Newton Fate 4 is a great lightweight training shoe. I am a masters middle distance runner who doesn’t run a lot of miles but like the extra forefoot cushioning and how light the shoe is. It is light enough to do most track workouts in.
