Great value, durable, all-around trainer

Anonymous runner · Nov 10, 2024

Overall

Maybe a bit stiff/clunky for faster tempos or workouts, but for the money, the Nike Structure 25 is one of the best trainers on the market. Apparently it is Cole Hocker's go-to trainer, so that's a pretty legit endorsement.

Got Me Back To Nike (from ASICS)

Hadn’t worn a Structure in >20 years, but saw Cole Hockers trains in these (I didn’t know that Nike still carried structures) and figured I’d give them a whirl. These are great!

Plain Nike Shoe that does the job

NotRadio · May 27, 2024

4/5

Overall

Yes, this pair of Structure 25 is bought after seeing Team Sova's hype train. Structure 25 is essentially a more cushioned Pegasus 39/40 with some structured elements like the fake medial posting that isn't very firm and goes up near the arch and the supportive upper. It really just have these extra elements. It is just plain Pegasus/Structure feel that you have always felt in high school/college.

If you are looking for something with more bouncy etc., just get those supercritical foams or super foams like the Novablast. Otherwise, this shoe is just no-frills.

Favorite overall everyday trainer

Overall

I just started running about 10 months ago and while I haven't run in a lot of different shoes, once I found this one I settled on it. It's extremely comfortable and gives great support. I continued to get blisters in my Pumas and I found out they were too wide. These Nikes are more narrow, and fit in much better way which resolved all my blister issues (paired with my Balega socks). They're a little stiff at first but break in great and all around I love them.

Very good as a responsive stability trainer!

DylanHill · Jan 30, 2024

5/5

Overall

I picked up this shoe as a daily trainer and I'm about 400 miles into them. I'm addicted to stability shoes, so I thought I would pick up what Nike had to offer in the space. I was pleasantly surprised! These shoes are great as a stability alternative to the Pegasus, very responsive with the air pocket at the front of the shoe, and very structured. (haha) The only complaint I would have is that the air pocket at the front of the shoe caused my toes to curl around the pocket, which was sort of uncomfortable at the start, but I got used to it very quickly. Along with that, the pocket leveled out a little bit so that it felt much better. Overall, I would 100% recommend these shoes to anyone who is looking for a responsive, all-around shoe, good for speed & easy days, that needs stability.
