This shoe grips the trail so well I have trouble really understanding it. It does fit a little snug though.

Awesome trail running shoe.....run in most days (I am on my 3rd pair in 2 years), I have completed a number of trail ultras (30 to 50 miles) and a mountain ultra (60 miles) in this shoe.....the only downside for me is the lack of grip for descending steep technical terrain (I know it's not designed for this and I should be wearing my X-Talons). These are by far the most natural feeling shoe I have used.

Overall

Nike's first good trail shoe. I run ultramarathons and put in between 30 and 100 miles per week on the trails. This shoes is the best overall combination of traction, comfort, and weight I have ever found in a trail shoe.
