Overall

A really solid shoe to train in. Great for everything from long runs to fast hill repeats and even occasional long reps on the track. Fantastic for forefoot and mid foot runners as the cushioning is almost the same height throughout the shoe, thus you are never forced onto your heels unless running down very steep declines. The only downfall of the shoe is that initially the sole is quite stiff and it takes a few runs to get used to the height of the shoe and to soften up the cushioning.

Overall

Bought it as a well-cushioned high mileage shoe to keep my feet in one piece for the track season. Ended up using it for lots of different runs, including tempo runs on the road and trails. Lots of cushion in the forefoot and less in the heel means you can really get up on your toes and shift with these shoes.
