Overall

Love them for easy running, they feel light but cushy, with good forefoot cushioning, something that is not easy to find. However I seem to need a little more shoe for very long runs, and prefer more stiffness for intervals

I like this shoe along with Kinvara 5's because both are very comfortable and they fit me as my overall running character. I don't get injuries as much as my legs and my body have responded positively to these set of shoes, despite all the hype about minimalist running shoes.

Overall

Switched from the Saucony Kinvaras (over 4000 miles logged on those shoes) to the Virratas. They are more flexible than the Virratas. Have put in about 2000 miles of training and various races from 5k-HM. Fast shoes for 5Ks (for non-spikes) and good up to HM. I've done 16/17 milers in them, but would definitely shoes them the next time I run a full.

Great for racing and distance. Forefoot may not be stiff enough for some.
