Lightest most comfortable bang for buck

Overall

Go run 4 or 400 are so so so light. Super comfortable and even after buying top rated shoes >$150. I still come back to these for every run. It feals like running without any shoe at all. If you were running in the clouds. Best for road or smooth trail. Not rocks or slick wet trails as there is no rubber sole or tread just cushy foam. I wear superfeet black insoles and then they are perfect.
