Took a couple months to get used to, but I quickly left behind all of my previous ailments (plantar fasciitis, shin splints, chondromalacia) and improved my running time in exchange for occasional blistering. 5 years on and I still run exclusively in Vibram FiveFingers. Just wish they wouldn't keep putting out new models and discontinuing old ones. These aren't fashion accessories, FFS, they're running shoes!
