Overall

I bought this show at my local running store and purchased this shoe in a 2E width. My foot is super wide therefore I needed the 2E width, but if you have a narrow to normal width foot the std. D width would be perfect. The knit upper keeps your foot locked down but is soft enough that it stretches if your foot needs a bit more breathing room. The shoe has a nice blend of soft cushioning and responsiveness. I believe this is from Mizuno using two different foams layered on top of one another. The shoe's tread is very durable, i have 100+ miles on these now and I don't see any where what-so-ever. The shoes are pretty heavy and feel a bit clunky if you are used to a more minimalist neutral trainer. I typically use this shoe for easy running and recovery days. If you are looking for a performance trainer I would not buy this shoe, but if you are looking for a everyday trainer that is durable and comfortable I would give this shoe a shot.
