Overall

It was a good shore for any type of fast, slow, long run on any terrain. It is even a good trail shoe, and after 500 miles only the sole was starting to wear out, but I didn't want to get a sudden injury so I transitioned to a different shoe since it wasn't for sale anymore.

The shoe is really comfortable, but it doesn't last very long. I need to replace them every 250-300 miles max. I've run in Asics in the past and they can last well over 100 miles longer

Overall

I've been wearing it (or it's predecessor's for close to a decade. I switched from Nike (various models) after someone recommended this beefier shoe for a guy my size. I go about 170-175 lbs. My knee and hip injuries that I got using Nikes for 25 years disappeared. I'm in better shape now at 50 then I was at 40.

I have always worn New Balance shoes and find this shoe comparable to many shoes of the years. It is a heavier shoe and provides good stability.
