I am a collegiate runner who puts in about 65 miles per week, mostly on gravel trails and a percentage on roads. These shoes feel very responsive while running fast, yet soft and forgiving while running at a training pace. The Boost material leaves feet feeling less sore than traditional midsole materials following long runs. I have a slightly wide foot and high arch, so the tight upper, though normally very comfortable, does cause some blisters on the middle toes when wearing the wrong socks. Also, these shoes will not stay dry in rain or wet conditions, but will dry out quickly. I am a longtime adidas runner, though I have always run in the Supernova Glide. Overall, the Energy Boost is the best shoe I have ever run in, and I definitely plan on getting another pair once my current set is too worn. If a deal is available, I would recommend any neutral runner wears this shoe.

High price but was able to run 1400 miles in the shoe as the midsole still felt good.

Feels light and responsive. Good for neutral to underpronators. Good cushioning especially in forefoot. Would recommend for forefoot strikers who need a little extra cushioning there if they are coming back from an injury as I am.
