Overall

The Ghost is such a classic daily trainer that never disappoints. Not too soft like many shoes these days, but not too firm either. The max cushion/soft foam phase is getting out of hand, and the Ghost is a great middle ground that can handle 400+ miles.

As someone consistently running 35-40 miles/week and who has tried many different shoes, Brooks Ghosts are the only shoe that I have completely avoided injury in. I am prone to foot, shin, and knee problems, and have tried many different shoes to help with this. These shoes, paired with insoles have helped me avoid injury and train more effectively.
