Overall
Wonderful shoes for easy and long runs. Very stable, comfortable but heavy. Not for fast running. The transition is a little bit stiff, not like a plated shoes but noticeable. Use it in almost all my easy runs even when a I need to do some strides in between but not for tempo, intervals or speed work.

Perfect for a runner. This shoe comes with a perfect fit, with maximum cushion and great heel support that provides a more secure, enhanced and more responsive run.

Overall
I have traditionally used energy boost, but Adidas discontinued after the ultraboost 19s came out. The 20s are almost a combination of ultra and eneryboost. They are not as heavy as the energyboost, but have a long lasting cushion for miles!
