Overall

I switched to a lighter trainer after years in the Asics Gel-Kayano. I am a track coach and get tons of free shoes and the DS-Trainers I buy seem to work best for me. I have tried other shoes over the years, including Nike, Adidas and Saucony but always come back to the Asics.
