Overall

Wears down very fast under moderate to high mileage but a great light weight trainer. Good cushion in for such a lightweight show

Overall

This is a fantastic shoe built for all distance training. Truth be told I like the older models better. I have been running in Asics DS Trainers since 2005. I like the lightweight feel which is good for on and off the track WO's.
