Overall

Okay. I developed aquiles tendonitis while running in the shoe, but it is not clear if that was caused by the shoe. Otherwise, the shoe is decent considering the low price.

Overall

Fits well. Not too heavy. Good cushioning, but not too soft. I previously wore NIKE 7.0, but developed right plantar fasciitis and pain in proximal right hamstring. Switched to Gel Equation and pains are much better Of note, my left hip is a little higher than my right hip and my left foot is a little longer than my right foot. Also, my left foot is neutral and my right foot mildly pronates. The Gel Equation 6 still has the dip in the center of the top of the back of the shoe, so it does not rub.
