Responsive shoe for the long run

Overall

I use this shoe for my longer efforts such as the midweek long run, my longest run of the week, and some moderate effort (marathon pace) runs. As such, I wanted a shoe that would last a long time and be comfortable. This shoe is exactly it. It has a roomy toe box, a cushy but not excessively so insole, and a snug fit. I usually have to use the runner's knot to keep my heel from slipping around in my Kayano 19s. But that isn't an issue with these as they have a better fit in the heel. Additionally, they feel responsive. While I wouldn't take them out for higher intensity work, these could serve that purpose if you needed extra cushioning for tempos or intervals.
