Overall

I run the 100, 200, 400, long jump and Cross Country in these shoes and I love them, they are comfortable and work really well.

Big and Clunky

Overall

Cheap but it doesn't need the thick material in the upper which makes it too stiff, or the thick insole which makes it cushiony like a spike shouldn't be, and it is hard to minimize ground contact when it is big and clunky. So it's slow. Durability is great because I don't use it. Even if I did, I expect it would take a while to wear down all the excessive material used.
