Good for mileage (500 miles on it and still durable, just less of a pop) and good for picking up the pace (held up well at 8 miles at 5:10 /mi.)

Neutral, well cushioned, lightweight trainer. I used to buy the Novablast 2 on clearance very cheaply. I'm not finding this one on sale...

Comfort via nice level of cushion but not bulky. Good for long runs but allows for forward propulsion and good for speed too. well rounded trainer
