Overall

Used them for regular runs and for workouts. I've struggled with injuries and I've yet to get injured in these. I've found that Brooks are a lot better than any other running shoe for injury-prone people. I don't like workout shoes and I used these for 2-3 workouts a week on the track and tempos and they felt comfortable/ not heavy. They also held up to about 400 miles before I needed to get new ones. They also offer a lot of color options which is always a plus.

Overall

Very soft and cushiony. First time I wore them I was shocked by how nice it felt running in them. I've never been one for max-cushioned shoes, but these shoes are the perfect middle ground for those who want more cushion but don't want to be running on a two inch foam pad.
