My entry into minimalism

Overall

I’m 188cm tall and weigh 78g. With my larger running frame I was worried about injuries going into minimalist shoes but the Merrell Trail Glove 3 provided enough shock absorption to avoid injury while also enjoying a more natural feel during a run. The wide toe box doesn’t force my feet into an unnatural form and helps me avoid the bone spurs I get on my toes when wearing traditional running shoes.
