Overall

I had run in other shoes for nearly 10 years when I started training more seriously and wanted to find some lighter shoes. These were recommended to me and I have definitely found a favorite that I will stick with for a long time. They are so light and fit to every part of my feet. I used to have problems when I tied laces too tighly that my feet would sometimes go numb. These I can tie tightly and they feel nice and snug and hug my feet so well, and I have no nerve-pinching/numbness problem. Although many others have been mentioning that these shoes wear quickly, I have actually found the opposite. The Brooks I had always had before I would have to switch out every 350-370 miles because my feet and knees would start to feel the lack of support. These I have worn for nearly 500 miles and my legs still feel great at the end of every run. During marathon training I run 50-70 mile weeks on these shoes. These shoes are definitely not cushiony or soft. They have a solid platform that provides stability and little to no soft, bouncy cradle. That is what I look for in a stability shoe so these are perfect.

1st pair I've run in, lightest support trainer I've come across. Fairly firm and snappy, which I like. A pretty good substitute for the Wave Elixir.

Very good running shoe, but not durable. Only able to get about 100 miles in before holes started developing on top. Lasts for much longer than that (currently at about 300 miles on my current pair probably) but there are multiple large holes on the tops of both shoes.
