The rebel v4 is definitely a fast responsive trainer. The shoes feel extremely light on the feet and lots of energy return is felt it every step. They are not the most stable shoe nor comfortable.

Like all shoes, it seems, today, this shoe has a big stack height and tons of foam and bounce. My legs like it and the shoe is still very light and fast. It seems durable so far, but you know the bounce will weaken a bit as things go. A great daily trainer for someone who likes shorter, faster runs.

So many injuries over the last 3 or 4 years, I’d begun to doubt I’d ever find a shoe that allowed me to continue to run comfortably again. NB Fuelcell Rebel V4 came along and helped me run again.

The Rebel v4 is a good, lightweight daily trainer with the ability to handle threshold and some other workouts like hill repeats. It's handled easy runs as well, though I may be too big to use it for really long days as it's a bit on the light side for that. It's a wide platform and is what some might call "stable neutral."
