low profile, feels fast but still decently cushiony. Probably best for lighter neutral runners

It's a low-drop shoe suited for tempo runs. I use it for my training runs. The sole is very firm which promotes a natural mid-foot stride. It's very confortable, a durable shoe built for mileage.

i rotate them with 3 other pair. i have 675 miles on them and they are getting close to retirement. if i were to go out for 20 miles right now. i would grab them over my newtons or my asics. only downside is with the heel drop i only wear them when running. i'm only 5 8 and they make me appear shorter, lol.

The foam on the heels of the shoe wears away REALLY fast so the shoes don't last long and they are pretty expensive, which is a bad combo.
