Overall

The Free 3.0 has been a great shoe for me. I look for cushioning with comfort and with little support, and the Free 3.0 fits this perfectly. They appear to have switched the 3.0 to flyknit only, and I recently obtained a pair of the Free 3.0 Flyknit as my old ones had almost 1000 miles on them. The flyknit version works for me, but I prefer the old version. My most recent pair of Free 3.0s lasted way longer than I had expected.

Love the low heel drop...significantly improved my tendency to get shin splints each spring when adding mileage. Haven't gotten them since starting to wear these shoes.

With 60-80 miles/week and no shoe rotating, these shoes start to smell bad pretty fast. The insoles also seem to wear out pretty easily. But they're light, flexible, and for 56.95, have been a great deal.
