Fast, not the most comfortable

Anonymous runner · Jul 29, 2019

Overall

I've seen lots of people complaining about the ankle support having no foam and hurting our ankles... Ive had this experience when I used an old sock that was loose and fell, leaving my ankle exposed in direct contact with the shoe. I never stopped my training due to this and with the correct socks I've had no problem. It's a fast shoe that responded well for my practice sessions so far( I've run only 75 kms on them, with the longest run being 22km so far.

Nike convert

Anonymous runner · Jul 17, 2019

5/5

Overall

Great all around shoe. Probably best as a trainer but light enough to be used for tempos or half marathons. The heel protrusion is a little weird and elf-like. My first pair (I'm on my third pair now) the heel actually separated from the base of the shoe after 300-400km but the Nike store happily warranteed them. The price point is a little high ($240 CAD). Probably worth $200 CAD but like I said I'm on my third pair now (after being a lifelong Adidas Supernova Cushion ---> Glide guy). So I guess I'm just Nike sucker convert.

fast but hard

I'm decidedly faster in these shoes. They are nice and light. But with that lack of cushioning comes some pain sometimes in my feet and knees.
