Nothing but good things to say about the shoe itself. These are very versatile lightweight trainers, comfortable for easy runs, long runs, fartleks, and tempos. The ZoomX foam is very comfortable--cushioned and responsive-- and I didn't see noticeable wear on them until after 300 miles. I will say, however, I think Nike was way off base with their retail price. I paid $100 for these on sale and would have paid up to $130, but these are not $180 shoes. In my mind, anything over $150 needs to be at the super shoe (Vaporfly Next%) level in terms of performance. Nevertheless, I'm very disappointed that Nike has discontinued this line. Pick up a pair if you can still find them!

Peg turbo 2

Currently, on my 4th pair of Turbo 2's, I had 2 pairs of the 35 Turbos beforehand. The Turbo 2's do almost everything the old Turbos did but better. The only thing not done better is looks. I prefer the street style look of the older Turbo's. However, the weight on the new ones is better, the comfort is better, the durability is far superior, and the versatility is better. These feel like clouds on recovery days, but on speed days they're up there putting the work in without complaint. Probably the best shoes I've run in for day to day purposes, they will be missed once they go out of production.

Overall
I have over 20 pairs of running shoes and these ones are my best for daily training with the Zoom Fly 3 being close second. I like that there is enough cushion and softness and that the mid-sole does not feel "dead", I feel that energy return.

Overall
Dollar for dollar this is the best shoe that's not the vaporfly. The cushioning is there, its fast. This can be your speed training shoe or your recovery shoe. It's amazing. Not as boucy as the original turbo but that's what makes it better. They've traded 10% bounce, which wore out quickly, for 25% more speed.
However it's pureness doesn't last forever. After about 150-200 mi you will notice a difference. Like the vaporfly the pebax doesn't last forever. However I found it still preferable to a regular Pegasus still at this point. Between 250-300 I start phasing in a new shoe.
