Overall

Pro's: Very durable. Still in good shape after 500 miles. Great for all paces. They excel at everything from slow long runs to 200 meter repeats. Good for runners with mild pronation issues who want a shoe that can handle faster paces, even though it's more of a neutral shoe. Great value. Con's: They take some time to break in, they will not feel great your first few runs in them. They are a bit firm so if you want a softer, more comfy shoe there are better options. Not great for supination
