Overall

The Saucony Ride has been my go to shoe for years as it is the perfect shoe for recovery or a long run. I have never had any injury problems with the shoe and honestly feel less soreness when running in the Ride compared to other shoes I have worn (dozens).

Overall

Upper: Really nice and comfortable. I have narrow feet and it still works well. Mid Sole: Kinda on the firmer side, at least compared to my last shoes (brooks ghost 12). At first I didn't like this but after 50 or so miles they started to break in more and I started to really like it Out Sole: Seems durable so far. I have put 260 or so miles on them and there is some light wear but should last at least another 50-100 miles Overall: There isn't anything fancy about this shoe. It's just a very solid daily trainer.
