Light weight trainer. I used this shoe for everyday mileage and long tempos (not any track work).

Overall

Great cushioning, very important to me as I have had both hips replaced. Toe box is roomy. Still able to "feel" the road. I own (2) pairs, the pale yellow and the pale green - both very attractive and unusual colors. I have a couple of hundred miles on each pair, no sign of wear or tear and they clean easily with a damp cloth. At $165 per pair they were more money than I usually spend on my shoes, but feel that the lightness of the shoe, coupled with the excellent cushioning, they are worth it. I own a few pairs of different Asics models, and some Mizuno's.
