Overall

After years of running in Gel-Foundations I had to find a new show when Asics discontinued them. I went through 6-7 pairs of trainers across different brands and could not run in any of them. My calves and plantar were torn up by the other shoes. Finally I found the 3000 and have been able to get 30-40 miles per week in again.

Overall

Pretty good--removed the shin pains i was getting with a generic pair of nikes. I over pronate slightly and this pair has kept me injury free. Only minor issue i had was a tendonitus flare up in my foot after a half marathon, but probably more my fault than the shoes!
