Overall

I used these shoes throughout my cross country and track seasons. They lasted all throughout and were a perfect fit for my foot, especially for support in the arch. I could definitely see an improvement in my running as compared to my previous shoes. They're still usable for light runs, but survived constant wear even when it wasn't for race days or practice. Good shoes that lasted long.

Great shoes whether training on trails,tarmac or rough roads, it has it all. The cushioning is amazing and an all round shoe as i even do my track workouts with it. It's super comfortable.Though not easily available in my country.
