I got these shoes for my track and field season but ended up using them into my next cross country season because they held up for me very well.

Love the Brooks Ghost.. I have been the least injured in them. That said I have not been a huge fan of the colors ( I know they have lots and maybe I'm being picky). I had a blue pair that was pretty nicely colored. I was hoping for a good green pair like the Launch.
