Overall

Lightweight, good cushioning, soft but not mushy. Smooth upper (can wear without socks). Durable not just by racing flat standards, but by running shoe standards. Really lets me feel the ground and lets my foot move how it wants to.

Overall

I find this shoe extremely comfortable on both the road and grass, it's light, breathable, responsive and has never given me a blister. I bought them right on the edge of being too small as I wanted a snug fit and they hold my feet very well. I've raced in them and they are great for everything from recovery runs to racing - you only need one shoe. There are only two negatives that I can think of, firstly the colour scheme that I have (red and yellow) is awful and secondly (and most importantly) that you can't get them any more. Why do shoe makers always either discontinue or "improve" the best shoes meaning that you can't get them any more and have a luittle hole in your life where those great shoes used to be?!?
