Wanted something with more cushion than the Pegasus. Also has a better fit for me with a wider toe box than the more recent Pegasus. I have struggled with Plantar Fasciitis , but this shoe keep saying to mostly at bay. I have found this shoe to be very comfortable for runs up to 15 miles. Haven't had a chance to run further in them yet.

University gives it to me. Fits well and feels good, but isn't the most durable shoe.

Overall

More cushioned than the Pegasus or Brooks ghost, more responsive than Brooks glycerine. Perfect for high mileage and faster road reps. the women's version is slightly narrower than the Pegasus, but a wide fitting is available. A step up from the Pegasus and you do get what you pay for in terms of comfort, cushioning and the number of miles you can get out of these. Fantastic shoe.

Overall

The shoe was much softer than the pegasus 31, and felt somewhat comparable to the pegasus 30, which I loved. The shoe took a while to break in, and the plastic shank on the bottom of my shoes broke within a couple months. Overall, I was satisfied with this shoe. Used it for the better part of 600 miles without much complaint, and I would definitely recommend to someone looking for a softer Nike shoe with a terrific upper.
