Decent, not great. Doesn't fit my foot as good as ASICS.

Overall

I've been using some version of this shoe for about 8 years as my daily trainer. Even with occasional "upgrades" (Ride 5->6, etc) it's been a good match for me. Neutral, adequate support. I have 2 gripes: it's a bit heavier than my ideal for any sort of faster running, so I'm tending to switch to another shoe for tempo etc. And my bony heel has a tendency to puncture the liner at about 200 miles. I cover the hole with duct tape and the shoe lasts fine for another 200 miles.
