I bought the Skora Fit because I love running in flexible, low-drop shoes, but for harder surfaces such as roads, I was looking for something that fit that description, but had a little more stack height. As I age, my feet don't like the pavement pounding as much as they used to. The first time I put this shoe on, I knew I made a great choice. The shoe with it's insole was exactly what I was looking for. I do wish the insole didn't have the raised nubs. I ran sockless in them and rubbed my feet raw in my arches. I usually run with socks, so it's not a big deal at all. The outsole is insanely durable and they could pass for brand new. Unfortunately the upper isn't as durable. Don't hear me wrong, it's very cozy and looks great, but both feet have a tear right where I flex and many other forefoot strikers have revealed the same. I still run in them, and it's a tiny tear, but I would like to see the shoe with a more durable upper in the forefoot area.
