Disappointing durability

Overall

I have loved every version of this shoe. Handles adverse terrain well while not feeling too clunky. The only downside is that I blew through the upper within the first 150 miles. This was a problem with the previous version as well.

Excellent, durable trail shoe. Good grip and rock plate to tackle varied single-track terrain. A little heavier than some trail shoes, but the most durable of any trail shoe I've ever worn.

Incredible Trail Shoe

Overall

I run maybe 75 miles a week almost all on trails (except in the winter). I absolutely love this shoe. The traction is incredible especially on steep, rocky descents. These shoes are just ridiculously comfortable for runs over 3 hours. If they have one flaw, it is that they are a bit heavy and I wouldn't wear them for shorter races or workouts.

Good trail trainer

Overall

I have been really happy with the shoe. It isn't anything fancy but it has performed well on the rocky and mountainous trails of the southwest. It has enough support and cushion for longer runs 16+ miles. The break in time was quick and the heal support didn't rub my haglunds too much. I would buy again for sure.
