Great shoe, but falls apart quickly

Overall

I've raced in this shoe on the roads for a few years and ran two marathons in it. I like it a lot as it's comfortable and has some cushioning but is still light for workouts/flats. The major issues are that it wears down quickly (and the traction isn't great to begin with) so it needs to be replaced fairly regularly.

This is the perfect shoe for anyone who ever dreamed they could "train in flats." The shoe isn't actually flat; it has something like an 11mm drop. It's super light and flexible, though, so you get a quick low-to-the-ground feel without actually abusing your achilles or calf too much. I primarily use it on grass and trail to further reduce impact since it doesn't have a ton of cushioning, but I regularly get 500+ miles per pair of shoes when wearing these to run on grass. I also ran my marathon PR in the Brooks T6, but you definitely need to practice in these on the roads a little bit before I'd dare to run that far in these on the road.

It's flexible enough and cushioned enough for running on grass and dirt trails. Cannot be worn without socks. Not quite enough cushioning for everyday training on asphalt or concrete.

It's a distance racing flat, but it's not actually flat. That means it's the most minimal shoe you can find out there that still has a modest heel-to-toe offset around 11mm or 12mm. This puts it in a similar category with the New Balance 1400 and Adidas Adios. It has less arch support than the 1400, which I think makes it better for me as a neutral runner who doesn't want something pushing into my arch. It costs less than the Adios. I can put it like 500 miles on grass in the T7 with daily training until the upper rips. I raced the Boston Marathon in the T6 and liked it, but I don't recommend that to inexperienced runners.
