Overall

Picked a pair of these up after being dissatisfied with the pegasus 31. I overpronate, and consider medial posts to be mostly a marketing ploy, but the way the posting is integrated into this shoe did not bother me. It is a firm shoe, so I really never felt anything from a medial post. I probably put 400 miles on the first pair I bought, including in a few 20-22 milers, and didn't alternate shoes running about 65-75 MPW and never noticed the cushioning break down. I raced a 10k in them because I am too fat and out of shape to put on a real flat, and it felt light enough to be a half marathon-marathon flat for those of us over 150 lbs. It reminded me of a good version of the Adidas Tempo, but the upper was more comfortable. I bought a second pair, which I still alternate into the mix occaisionally. For me, it was a top 5 all time trainer. The only reason its not my primary shoe is the Boston Boost 5 - which is my all time favorite. I would recommend this shoe, especially considering the price point. Pros - light, firm and responsive, versatile, comfortable, affordable. Cons - Ugly, Outsole/Midsole cutouts are a magnet for pebbles and mud,

Shoe is meant for racing but works as a nice lightweight daily trainer since it has a bit of stability. Firm ride which I prefer over lots of cushioning.
