Low stack and fast

4/5

Overall

This is a low-stack racing shoe by NB. It's not a particularly comfortable shoe but useful for road racing and fast, road interval workouts. There is a carbon plate but I don't notice as much energy return as much as other higher-stack racing shoes. What I like about this shoe is that its lower stack height makes it a light and speedy shoe that feels good on the road, particularly good for turns where higher stack may be unstable. The upper is comfortable and very breathable. I think this shoe will wear down faster than daily trainers. I recommend using it for race day and workouts, not easy or long runs.

Great 5k-Half marathon race shoe

5/5

Overall

Very light and nimble, some may not enjoy this shoe because it doesn’t resemble a super cushioned / super stacked carbon plated race shoe. It is incredibly durable and is great for feeling the road. Highly recommend for race efforts less than half marathon. Definitely propels you forward and the upper is light and breathable.
