Good trainer with slight stability.

4/5

Overall

I wore this shoe for all of my training runs and have raced two half marathons and one 15K trail race in this model. It is light and provides just enough stability for me, as I pronate.

Good all around Racing and training shoe.

5/5

Overall

I use this shoe for up-tempo workouts and races up to a marathon (although it definitely probably is best for distances up to a half marathon). The shoes has considerable snappiness, but does seem to break down over longer distances. I prefer using other Asics like the GT 2000 for runs longer than 13 miles.
