Solid Tempo Shoe

Overall

I love these flats for any workouts I do. Especially any tempos or threshold runs. The "torsion" plate feels great in conjunction with the boost mid-sole. They keep my calves happy even through long, 7 mile, tempos. The continental out-sole provides great grip with great durability.

Adio 3 Boost

Have used for races up to 10K and interval workouts of all kinds. Compared to my past racing flats (adios 2, nike streak, altra escalante racer) the adios 3 boost leaves my legs feeling fresh rather than sore and beat up when racing at 3k-10k pace on the roads or track. These shoes are also very responsive and you get a feeling as if your propelled forward. I think this comes from the heel-to-toe drop (~8-10mm) and the density of the boos cushioning. My only gripes are durability of the outsole and width of the midfoot. I have low to medium arches and there are times I can feel the mid section of the shoe will leave the arch of my foot sore if running longer than 40 minutes. The outsole still is made of recycled continental rubber, but is much thinner than the adios 2.

Adios Boost are all you need

Great lightweight trainers for anything from a mile to a marathon. This shoes or the previous generation has been my shoe of choice for the last eight years or so. Nice understated looks and very comfortable ride for a shoe this light and durable. My only complaint is that they are a bit pricey if you can’t find them on sale. I buy 3-4 pairs when I find a good sale.

Great Racing Shoe

Overall

I tried this shoe because I needed a better racing flat with less cushioning. The Vaporfly was killing my calves. This has been great and has been my go to from a road mile to the half marathon so far, without any issues. It's not a "comfort" shoe as much as it is a "get to work" shoe, but I like it and it suits my needs - plus my calves don't hurt anymore.
