The GT-2000 has worked for me for the past 8 years

Anonymous runner · Jun 20, 2024

4/5

Overall

Simple trainer that doesn't change much each generation (which is a positive, in my opinion). This is all I need, and I'm grateful for it.

The only complaint I have is that the shoelaces routinely tear well before the end-of-life for the shoe. That might be unique to me, though, as I tie my shoes fairly tight.

great shoes

Overall

I'm a runner who puts a lot of miles on a shoe fairly quickly so the I value the price and longevity of a shoe. This shoe can easily support 500 miles and can be found for around $110. They are also very comfortable and despite not looking that cushioning, do a great job absorbing the impact on a long run. the soles don't wear down easy and are somewhat lightweight so if you value speed this shoes definitely won't hold you back.

ASICS GT 2000 11

Dan Sebben · Jun 16, 2023

4/5

Overall

I have worn the ASICS GT 2000 series for more than 20 years. I have tried other models but keep coming back to the GT 2000. It provides cushioning and stability without being too much shoe. I have recommended it many of the runners I have coached who need a stable , comfortable shoe. for everyday training.
